Maria Middlebrook-Wells

I am a contemporary artist working from my home studio in Nelson, South Island, New Zealand. I work in a mixture of oils and mixed media sometimes using recycled materials for one off art pieces. I like texture and colour and have always been drawn to hills and the sea probably due to childhood influences growing up in New Plymouth with its long coastline and where Mt Taranaki dominates the landscape.
